Philo Ridge Farm - A working regenerative farm.

Philo Ridge is a working farm located in the small town of Charlotte, in Vermont’s Champlain Valley. Using innovative, ecologically sustainable practices, they manage four hundred acres of healthy pasture land, forests and diversified produce gardens. They rotationally graze heritage breeds of livestock and grow certified organic fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Everything they harvest is processed and sold in their kitchen and market, where they feature a changing menu of seasonal dishes as well as grocery and specialty housewares that showcase Vermont's local artisans and farmers.

Bread & Butter Farm - growing food in a way that nourishes our land and sustains us as eaters.

Our work is to re-imagine a collaborative working landscape that takes care of the soil, microorganisms, plants, animals, farmers, neighbors, and community that depend on this land. Through this work, we engage all members of our community in real and meaningful ways. We provide healthy, ecological food and products as well as joyful experiences that reaffirm our connection to each other and to our environment.

Maple Wind Farm - only USDA approved air-chilled processing plant.

They believe that healthy grasslands, forests, and the soil that supports them are vital to establishing thriving ecosystems and a vibrant planet.

By regenerating these vital resources, they create the fertile topsoil that we all depend on for a healthy future. By serving and protecting this fragile habitat, they have the opportunity and privilege to produce nutrient-dense food for their community.

Maple Wind will also be providing a fried chicken plate lunch.
