Drawing on her own experience in agriculture and her education in Ecopsychology and Collaborative Solutions in Natural Resources, Natalie manages programs and collaborative networks that support water quality, water quantity and soil health in her home community in the Upper Arkansas Watershed and beyond.  In her role with NatGLC she serves as the Director of CO & NE Grazing Lands Neworking, working to empower livestock producers and their trusted partners to collectively develop and implement climate-smart livestock projects across the West.
