Haley grew up in West Texas, where she spent time on her grandfather’s farm and developed an early connection to working lands. She spent a decade in New York City, attending the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts with a focus on film and television while pursuing acting and music. She later earned a degree in Business Communications from Arizona State University. 

Her years in the entertainment industry gave Haley an early, hands-on education in marketing, learning how to build a personal brand, tell stories, create content, and connect with an audience. She now brings that experience to her work in marketing and communications, with a focus on social media, marketing strategy, systems and processes, website management, webinar production, video editing, and technical hosting. 

Her passion for working lands led her to the Western Landowners Alliance, followed by NatGLC. Outside of work, Haley helps her family operation, Rockin’ 8 Ranch, market its beef direct to consumers. She also enjoys traveling and finding new local adventures with her friends and family.
